Biliary Tract Cancer Panel

The Biliary Tract Cancer Panel (Somatic) NGS is a comprehensive genetic testing panel designed to identify key genetic alterations in biliary tract cancers, which include gallbladder cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, and ampullary cancers. This test analyzes 8 critical genes and biomarkers involved in the development and progression of these cancers:

NTRK genes (NTRK1, NTRK2, NTRK3)
BRAF V600E mutation
FGFR2 fusion
IDH1 mutation
RET gene fusion
KRAS G12C mutation
Additionally, the panel evaluates Microsatellite Instability (MSI), Tumor Mutational Burden (TMB), and Deficient Mismatch Repair (DMMR), which are important biomarkers for immunotherapy eligibility and personalized treatment strategies.
