Somatic Breast and Ovarian Cancer Panel (Sequencing Only)

This test analyzes tumor DNA to identify somatic (non-inherited) mutations in genes associated with breast and ovarian cancer. It uses next-generation sequencing (NGS) to detect genetic alterations that may guide diagnosis, prognosis, and targeted therapy decisions. This panel does not assess inherited (germline) mutations.
The data will be delivered in its raw format, typically as FASTQ or VCF files, for further analysis by researchers, bioinformaticians, or laboratories. This option is suitable for users who wish to conduct their own detailed analysis or who do not require a clinical report.
